3150627 - DBCC CHECKSTORAGE Aborting with Error 1105, 9969 and 12968 in dbccdb for SAP ASE

Symptom

Run of dbcc checkstorage fails with Error 1105, then subsequent errors 9969 and 12968.

server Error: 1105, Severity: 17, State: 4
server Can't allocate space for object 'syslogs' in database 'dbccdb' because 'logsegment' segment is full/has no free extents. If you ran out of space in syslogs, dump the transaction log. Otherwise, use ALTER DATABASE to increase the size of the segment.
server Error: 9969, Severity: 20, State: 1
server The operation sequence number update for database '<DBNAME>' in the dbcc_config table failed.
server Error: 12968, Severity: 20, State: 1
server Aborting DBCC run. Cannot retrieve the sequence number from the dbcc_operation_log table for this run of CHECKVERIFY on database '<DBNAME>'.
