3150653 - Attachment Name on Odata Service Request Collection


You are working with Tickets and Odata Service Request Collection and noticed that the attachments names are shown incorrectly on the OData.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Service work center.
  2. Select the Tickets view.
  3. Open Ticket ID 123 (123 represents the Ticket ID).
  4. Go to the Attachments tab.
  5. See the Title for the Attachment is "Attachment Title".
  6. Now open the Service Request Collection OData, on Service Request Attachment Folder node.
  7. The attachment name is "Attachment File Name".


The names on the Odata come directly from the File Name, not the Title. The Title is something the user can change when adding the file, as the File Name is the actual name.


This is the expected behavior.

The File Name Column can be added to the Ticket screen via Adaptation Mode.
