Loading a database that has had a shrink operation to ASE 16.0 (with or without an upgrade) fails to online with error:
Msg 3420, Level 16, State 1:
Server 'server_name', Line 1:
This database requires upgrade, but its log is nearly full. Extend the log, or try 'DUMP TRAN db_name WITH NO_LOG', then retry ONLINE DATABASE.
