Symptom

There is error "Sorry, we are unable to connect to Clock In Clock Out. Please try again. Contact your system administrator if this error persists." when trying to access 'Configure Clock In Clock Out' and/or 'Manage Clock In Clock Out'.

Reproducing the Issue

Access 'Configure Clock In Clock Out' or 'Manage Clock In Clock Out'.

Resolution

In the provisioning, please disable "Enable Clock In Clock Out" and save.
After that, please enable "Enable Clock In Clock Out" and save again.

Note: Please use the 'Save Feature' button rather than the 'Save' button to save.

This would create the schema automatically and solve the issue.

It it still does not work, please raise a customer incident to SAP under LOD-SF-TTR.
