Symptom
When setting a Minimum Quantity in Master Data of a Product and afterwards adding this Product in a Over-the-Counter Sale document, the Minimum Quantity set in Master Data of the Product will not be applied.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Over-the-Counter Sales Work Center.
- Go to the Over-the-Counter Sales View.
- Select New button.
- In the dropdown, select Over-the-Counter Sale.
- In the new document, enter the mandatory information (Account, Sales Unit, Employee Responsible, etc).
- Navigate to the Items tab.
- In the Product ID field, enter the Product ABC. (where ABC represents the Product ID)
- Change the quantity to a value less than the minimum quantity maintained in the Master Data of the Product.
The system will allow the save for the Over-the-Counter Sale with the less quantity then minimum quantity in the Master Data of the Product.
Cause
The minimum quantity applies in the documents like Opportunity, Sales Quote, Sales Order etc, but it's not applied in invoice document.
Over-the-Counter Sale is currently consider a Invoice Request document in the system, so the default quantity is still 1 ea. Therefore according to the current system behavior, it will be possible to save the Over-the-Counter Sale with less quantity than minimum quantity maintained product master data.
Resolution
This is the current system behavior.
