3150802 - Error "Instance with the same ID already exists" During Creation of 3PL Outbound Delivery Run.

Unable to create 3PL Outbound Delivery Run "RUN ID1"(where RUN ID1 is the 3PL Outbound Delivery Run) due to error message "Instance with the same ID already exists" although there is no run ID with the same name in Third-Party Logistics - 3PL Outbound Delivery Runs view.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Third Party Logistics workcenter
2. Go to 3PL Outbound Delivery Runs view
3. Click button New 
4. Try to create a New run with Run ID "RUN ID1"
   Error message "Instance with the same ID already exists" appears
5. Go back to Third-Party Logistics - 3PL Outbound Delivery Runs view
6. Select All Outbound Delivery Runs and try searching for the run ID "RUN ID1"
   You will see no results, showing there is no current run with RUN ID1 in the view.

We can create Outbound Delivery Request Runs from two places.

1. Outbound Logistics workcenter ->Automated actions - Outbound Delivery Requests

2. Third Party Logistics workcenter ->Automated actions - 3PL Outbound Delivery Runs

In this case "RUN ID1" already exists under Outbound Logistics -> Automated actions -> Outbound Delivery Requests.

Hence it is not allowed to create another run with the same ID, even if this is in the Third Party Logistics workcenter.

Create Outbound Delivery Run with the different ID.

Further create all the 3PL related runs in Third Party Logistics workcenter -> Automated actions - 3PL Outbound Delivery Runs.
