3150892 - GUI 770 - right-justified character set does not automatically move to the next line in textedit control

Symptom

When using a right-justified character set (e.g. Hebrew language) and you type in characters in a textedit field, the input will not automatically move move to the next line like in left-justified character sets (e.g. English language)
