You want to respect the configuration of "Allow employer to input forms on behalf of employee” in BSI TaxProfileFactory™, which includes the ability to prevent the submission of forms, in case of on-behalf access via Employee Central.

Release b2111p18 will be deployed on Success Factors data center on February 16th, 2022 for preview and on February 18th, 2022 for production.
