3151079 - Code List Descriptions are Not Translated in Offline Mode

You have an issue where the code lists are working normally in online mode and the Code Descriptions are presented/displayed as expected.

However, when in offline mode, the code lists do not work normally and instead, the Code Values are presented/displayed as fallback.

SAP Cloud for Customer

Example, as this can happen to other Code Lists:

1. Log into the system in language "Portuguese".
2. Log into system in ONLINE mode.
3. Go to Visits WC.
4. Go to Visits view.
5. Select All Visits.
6. Search for visit >> any visit.
7. Open visit.
8. Go to the code list that is currently defective.

• Here, you will notice that code lists are working normally and the Code Descriptions are presented/displayed as expected.

Now:

1. Log into the system in language "Portuguese".
2. Log into system in OFFLINE mode.
3. Go to Visits WC.
4. Go to Visits view.
5. Select All Visits.
6. Search for visit >> any visit.
7. Open visit.
8. Go to the code list that is currently defective.

• Here, you will notice that the code lists do NOT work normally and instead, the Code Values are presented/displayed as fallback.

When selecting language "Portuguese", the scenario does not work as the code descriptions are not translated and currently the texts are only available in English.

For this reason, when logging in language "Portuguese", Offline mode shows only the Code Values as fallback.

Right now this is system behavior so it is not possible to maintain the code descriptions also for language "Portuguese".

This is the current system expected behavior.
