3151132 - Dump in ABAP Program /SALM/CL_SMUD_UTILITY after upgrading ST or ST-OST version - Solution Manager

1. "500 Internal Server Error - Syntax error in program /SALM/CL_SMUD/UTILITY" is shown on trying to open documents in CRM UI
   
   
2. If you have installed Focused Build ST-OST200 SP1, the following ST22 Dump is also shown along with the first symptom:

   The current ABAP program "CL_WDCM_EXTCHREQ_SCOPING_ASST=CP" had to be
    terminated because it has come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
   In include "/SALM/CL_SMUD_UTILITY=========CU", in line 91 of program
    "/SALM/CL_SMUD_UTILITY=========CP", the following syntax errors have occurred:
   Implementation missing for method "SET_CURRENT_PROCESSOR". "SET_CURRENT_PROCESSOR"
