3151168 - Compensation Labels Under the 'Individual Rating' Column Do Not Match Labels Configured in Performance Form Rating Scales

When reviewing labels under the Individual Rating column in Compensation forms, the labels are different from those configured in Performance Management > Rating Scales.

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Performance Management > Rating Scales
2. Select a rating scale
3. Set the labels > Save
4. Navigate to Admin Center > Compensation Home
5. Select the Variable Pay template
6. Navigate to Plan Setup > Settings > Set Bonus Calculation
7. Navigate to Rating configuration > Individual > Rating Source
8. Select the template to be the data source > Save
9. Review a Variable Pay form for an employee
10. The label set in the performance form rating scales do not match the ones shown in the Variable Pay

The Individual Rating column in Variable Pay templates pull labels from the Matrix Grid and not from the template configured in Performance Management > Rating Scales

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Company Settings > Matrix Grid rating Scales
2. In the Select Rating Scale to Edit dropdown, select Performance > Edit
3. Set the labels that you want to display on the form for Individual Rating column.
