Symptom

While configuring the API management service an error occurs similar to:

User First name cannot be empty. Try again after updating:

Request ID: xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

In the SAML trace we can see Attributes:

http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2005/05/identity/claims/givenname
http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2005/05/identity/claims/surname
http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2005/05/identity/claims/emailaddress
