3151227 - Newly Created Template is Missing in Compensation Home

After creating a new template and confirming the job completed successfully, the new plan is missing from the plans list in Compensation Home.

• SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay

1. Create new template
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Compensation Home
3. The newly created template is not listed under "Plans"

Missing the Compensation and Variable Pay Template Access permission

NOTE: The Compensation and Variable Pay Template Access permission is only available when the Enable Role-Based Permissions for Compensation and Variable Pay Template Access setting is enabled in Compensation Home Company Settings. More details are in Implementing and Managing Compensation - Company Settings.

In order for the created plan to be visible in Compensation Home, please enable the permission "Compensation and Variable Pay Template Access" as follows:

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles
2. Select the role
3. Click on Permission.. button
4. Under the User Permissions section, select Compensation and Variable Pay
5. Locate the Compensation and Variable Pay Template Access permission and select an option
   
6. Click on Done > Save Changes
