3151233 - Notification Reminders does not adhere with the stop status configuration - Onboarding 1.0

• Configure a reminder and stop status for a notification, but the reminder configuration continuously sends to the candidate regardless of the stop status configuration.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Initiate onboarding for a candidate.
2. Complete PHV step so the candidate will receive the Welcome Letter email
3. Create the onboarding activity same day of the notification's due date (WOTCStartDate)
4. Process the onboarding activity until the candidate reaches Orientation Step
5. Depending on the reminder notification, the candidate still receives a reminder notification regardless of the stop status.

• The "Hide parent activity" setting is enabled to the notification which causes reminders to ignore stop status.
• The 'Hide parent activity' option sets the PENDING status for the activity and the reminders do not respect the stop status for such activities. 
• Though the PENDING status is an exact status that activity can have after it is hidden, it is shown as "UNCOMPLETED_SECTION1", "UNCOMPLETED_SECTION2" etc in Manage Employees page.

So to get rid of this behavior, you should uncheck the setting "Hide parent activity" from the notifications applied to the process.
