Symptom
- In the useful contact tile, the external user is not able to view the contact details of Manager on Phone or any browser on phone.
- The same works perfectly fine on the laptop or computer browser.

Reproducing the Issue
1. Access system as candidate using mobile app or browser on mobile
2. Open Useful Contact Tile
3. There is 2 useful contacts listed - manager and buddy
4. When you click on manager no contact details appear
5. If you click on buddy the contact details do appear
6. If you perform the same steps on laptop or computer browser, manager contact details are available
