3151400 - Custom KUT and PDI Fields Being Sent with Technical ID Instead of Name in Outgoing Payload for C4C Utilities Scenarios

You notice that, in any Utilities related scenario in C4C, custom KUT and PDI fields are displayed with their Technical IDs instead of their Names in Outgoing Payloads from C4C to CPI.

SAP Cloud for Customer

For any custom KUT or PDI fields created in C4C side, it will be transferred with it's Technical ID in the outgoing payload to CPI, since multiple fields can have the same name, which could cause confusion in this scenario.

This is the system designed behavior.
