SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting

1. Open Recruiting email or notification settings in your instance.
2. Locate the Job Alert Notification email configuration.
3. Observe that the target recipient is Candidate and includes both internal and external candidates.
4. Note there is no option to assign separate templates or split recipients for this notification.

Current product design: the Job Alert Notification email targets all candidates and does not support separate templates by candidate type.

• Separate Job Alert Notification emails for internal and external candidates are not supported at this time.
• Use a single email template for the Job Alert Notification configuration.
