How to send job email notification separately to Internal or External Candidates?

In our current system version there's no option/ way to create separate Job Alert Notification to either Internal or External Candidates. The Email Trigger for Job Alert Notification with target recipient is Candidate which both internal and external, hence, no separate email template to configure on single email trigger and not possible.
