3151635 - [Onboarding] Document Generation failed and E-Signature tile has not been generated

Candidate has successfully completed the onboarding processes up until E-signature, all the configurations are fine but the document generation has failed.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• Login as the external user.
• Review candidate's information
• Complete Personal Data Collection/Custom Data Collection steps.
• E-Signature tile is not displayed
• Login as the Admin, no error in BPE Tile related to Document Generation failure
• In Configure Document Management, OpenText is configured

• Issue may have been cause because PFS integration was not fine due to PFS service unavailability.
• This will result in failure during form generation. 

• If open-text integration is working fine for other candidates, then onboarding should trigger the forms which does not require signature.
• Retriggering the Document Flow Process from BPE should resolve the issue
