3151681 - AO OLAP Connection Missing in Excel

Symptom

  • AO users Cannot see OLAP Connections to HANA in AO client after upgrading both BIP (to 4.2 sp08 or SP09)  and HANA systems.
  • Same AO client shows olap connections on PROD but fails to show connections on QA
  • on QA they get blank with HTTP 400 bad request error in logs (see snapshots in documents attached)
  • ERRORS: from AO Logs
