3151693 - Error "Only single comparisons allowed for test parameter 'Country/Region Code'" in Form Template Selection for Sales Quotes

 Error message "Only single comparisons allowed for test parameter 'Country/Region Code'" is shown when trying to select multiple countries in Form Template Selection for Sales Quotes.

 SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Navigate to Administration Workcenter.
2. Go to Form Template Selection view.
3. Select Sales Quotes and click Go.
4. Select rule with Quotation Type = export;
5. Select the "Include" operator for Country/Region Code to select multiple countries.
6. Select two or more countries in Country/Region Code.
7. Go to Action and Activate Rules.
8. Error "Only single comparisons allowed for test parameter 'Country/Region Code'" is shown. 

The error message indicates that only the operator "Equal" is valid for the "Country/Region Code". This means that for additional Countries/Regions, additional lines need to be added for selection.

This is the expected system behavior.

We recommend only to use the Equal operator for all parameters. The reason is to have a clear, understandable overview for the selection and to guarantee the uniqueness of the selection.

Also, to cover all the use cases and avoid gaps, we also recommend always to have the latest line for all the rest cases (cases which might not be covered by the preceding lines).
