Symptom

When backing up a BPC environment via T-code UJBR with transaction data selected, the process ends without a success message.

  • In SLG1, the log displays:
    • Error occurred while reading transaction data
    • An exception was raised
    • Failed to call function RSDRI_INFOPROV_READOTHERS
  • In SM21, the log shows:
    • Database Operation with Invalid Cursor  
    • Or Database error 4 at OPC > cannot allocate enough memory: OOM. please check traces for
