It is not possible to directly export time events in csv file, instead we have standard reporting function to report on time events as documented in Reporting of Time Events for Clock In Clock Out and Available Data (Schema) in Story Reports.

But if exporting to csv file is needed, the following workaround may be considered.

1. Use the Import and Export data ,and have the export done for the Employee Time Object.
2. Set the filter based on Attendance Time type relevant with the time events, which will contain the Start Time and End Time (Clock In/Out time).
3. Refer screenshot below for  sample data as seen in .csv file 
   
   Attention: With this workaround, the second of the time events will be discarded, because in time sheet we do not record seconds.
