3152250 - Oracle Data Guard applying logs on Standby DB failed - Netweaver

Symptom

In Standby database, the MRP0 process status is WAIT_FOR_LOG. 

Check it by running following command:
    SQL> SELECT PROCESS, STATUS FROM V$MANAGED_STANDBY;
    PROCESS     STATUS
    ---------       ------------
    MRP0           WAIT_FOR_LOG

In Primary database, the value of oracle parameter "log_archive_dest_state_2" is DEFER.
