3152530 - Account Sales Orders Query Inside Past Orders Button of Quick Add Products Shows Different Number of Total Sales Orders of Account

Symptom

The total of sales orders you see in the sales orders view inside an account is different of when you are creating a sales order and use the query Account Sales Orders.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Customers work center;
  2. Open the Accounts work center view;
  3. Open Account ABC (where ABC is the ID of the Account);
  4. Go to the Sales Orders view;
  5. Notice DEF (where DEF is the number of sales orders displayed).
  6. Now click in the + icon to create a new sales order;
  7. Click in the Quick Add Products button;
  8. Click in the Past Orders button;
  9. Select the Account Sales Orders query;
  10. Notice GHI (where GHI is the number of sales orders displayed); it is different from what you expected, DEF in the case.

Cause

The query Account Sales Orders in the sales order creation does not show sales orders which Cancellation Status is Canceled. This explains why DEF is a different number than GHI.
