3152787 - Employee or Hiring Manager is unable to sign the Compliance Form - Onboarding

• When completing the Compliance Forms, when the Employee or Hiring Manager clicks on "Click to Sign", no action is triggered and the e-signature is not captured in the form, triggering the following error: "Signing document because of missing field: sign field does not assign."
• The "Submit All" button remains greyed out and cannot be selected.
