3152787 - [Onboarding] Employee or Hiring Manager is unable to Sign the complaince form

• The employee or the Hiring Manager is not able to sign the compliance form. When the user clicks on the 'Click to sign' button, nothing happens
• The forms are not signed
• The Submit All button is still greyed out
• Receiving error 'Signing document because of missing field: sign field does not assign'.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Proxy as the employee or Hiring Manager
2. Click on the Complete E-Signature for compliance tile 
3. Once the page loads click on 'Click to sign' button
4. Nothing happens
5. The forms are not signed/error is being received.

Configuration issue.

• There is a missing permission for the candidate or the Hiring Manager.
• 'Access to non-secured objects' permission is not granted.

• Please grant the candidate or the Hiring Manager role permission to Metadata Framework > Access to non-secured objects for the candidate or Hiring Manager facing the issue.
• Raise a support ticket if the issue persists, provided all prerequisites have been configured and followed based on the implementation guide.
