3152813 - Orders are missing in queries based on new CDS view I_MfgOrderActlPlanTgtLdgrCost compared to the deprecated one I_MfgOrderActlPlanTgtCost

CDS view I_MfgOrderActlPlanTgtCost is set as Deprecated and will be replaced by CDS view I_MfgOrderActlPlanTgtLdgrCost.
You build Custom Analytical queries based on CDS view I_MfgOrderActlPlanTgtLdgrCost and I_MfgOrderActlPlanTgtCost,
you found that there are missing orders in the new CDS view compared to the old one.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Compared to the deprecated CDS view, I_MfgOrderActlPlanTgtLdgrCost will exclude these 'Not Released' orders.
Because orders without status 'REL' could not be used for actual cost postings, goods issue/goods receipt, etc.
Hence there's no need to show these no actual cost orders.

This is an intended behavior, kindly release orders if you want orders being used for actual postings and shown in CDS view I_MfgOrderActlPlanTgtLdgrCost.
