3152850 - You Are Not Able to Change the Delivery Priority for Item Type: Consumable and Direct Goods Issue

When trying to create a service order via ManageServiceOrderIn webservice, you get error message "Changing not possible; field is read-only."

Prepare the payload and execute it via SAOP UI.

The error "Changing not possible; field is read-only." is a typical error from PDI solution when you try to modify a field which is not allowed.

In this case, when executing the web service payload, your PDI solution is called and it tries to modify the delivery priority for the service order items with item type: Consumable and Direct Goods Issue.

It is not allowed to modify delivery priority for Consumable and Direct Goods Issue items.

It is the system design.
