  • Unable to log in to the repository from PD Web after upgrading or porting the repository to another DBMS.

  • Error is displayed:

            The PowerDesigner Web server is unavailable.
            Please contact your administrator.

            Exception occurred while trying to CRUD PMUSER repository table.

  • File cmrserver.log reports:

            Failed to load the JDBC driver com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriver.
