3153034 - Application error when rehiring from manage pending hires - Recruiting Management

When trying to rehire an employee from manage pending hires an application error blocks you to continue the process: com.successfactors.sca.ServiceSystemException: Application is hired already. Application id123, where 123 is the application ID of the candidate in question.

The application was mistakenly used before for same user in incorrect attempt to hire process, however the first attempt process was cancelled or there was another error that caused the non-hiring, and data from this user still in data base been referenced to this application.
