3153069 - Count view in Apps "My Purchasing Document Items" & "Monitor Mass Changes"

As part of application level optimization, the following changes are introduced as of SAP S/4HANA 2202 Cloud release.

My Purchasing Document Items:F0547B

Count for the respective purchasing documents(All tabs) displayed next to the tab name is now removed from SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2202 release onwards.

The value of count  can be checked by clicking on individual tabs.

Monitor Mass Changes:F3332

Count associated with tabs "Simulation Jobs" and "Mass Change Jobs" has been removed from the tab level from SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2202 release onwards.

The value of count can be checked next to field "Job Item" by clicking on the individual tabs.
