3153224 - Not Able to Add Sales Organization in Sales Data facet within Accounts

Symptom

You are trying to select a Sales Organization in Sales Data facet within Accounts, however, you are not able to do it.

Environment

 SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Customers Workcenter.
  2. Navigate to Accounts view.
  3. Select any account.
  4. Go to Sales Data facet.
  5. Click "New".
  6. Open the Value Help for Sales Organization.
  7. You can see that there is no option to select a Sales Organization.

Cause

Sales Organization OVS provides default sets "All" and "My Sales Organizations" and you have marked default set "All" as hidden in Adaptation Mode.

Due to this setting, the Sales Organization OVS shows only default set "My Sales Organization" and hence the result list might be empty.

Resolution

In order to solve this, check the settings under "Organize Queries" in Adaptation Mode for the Sales Organization OVS and unhide default set "All". Kindly follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Customers Workcenter.
  2. Go to Accounts view.
  3. Start Adaptation Mode.
  4. Select any Account.
  5. Go to Sales Data and Click "New".
  6. Click the Value Help in Sales Organization field.
  7. Go to Advanced Search and click "Organize Queries".
  8. Select "All" as default.
  9. Now you will be able to see the Sales Organizations in the Value Help.
