How to Download Data Models, Picklists and other configuration files for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

1. Go to help portal site for Employee Central Handbook URL: 
2. Click on link below Configuration files. View: SAP Software Download Center
   
   Or use URL: Software Download Center
3. Click on Installation and Upgrade
   
4. Scroll down and select the configuration files that you need.
   
   
5. Scroll up and Add selected items to download basket.
   
   
6. Scroll to bottom and click on Download basket button.
   
   
7. It will show you the items selected and provide option to install download manager button at the bottom for bulk download option.
   
   
8. If status of the files is “Available to download” then you can simply click on the file name and it will download.
   
9. Once you install download manager and run it by entering your global ID and password, you’ll see all the files that you added in download basket available to download in bulk. Please note java runtime needs to be installed in your system for download manager to work.
   Instructions to install download manager will be provided in the system.
   

You can use either direct download or SAP Download Manager to save/download the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central related Data Models, Picklists and other Configuration Files.
