3153615 - HTTP 500 error while accessing CMC or BI launchpad after deploying BI 4.3 SP02+ or 2025 [sapjce]

After installing or upgrading to BI 4.3 SP02 or BI 2025 above, and deploying the web applications ( BOE, biprws ) to non-bundled application servers like SAP Netweaver Java As, Weblogic, Websphere, JBoss or non-bundled Tomcat, you may receive -   

• HTTP 500 Error accessing CMC or BI launchpad after upgrade to BI 4.3 SP2
• CMC or BI Launchpad fail with below message
  Http Status 500-Internal Server Error
  Internal Server Error
• Accessing CMC fails with the HTTP 500 error even without prompting for login page
• Accessing BI Launchpad prompts for login page and fails upon login
• In Weblogic logs, In BI Launchpad and TraceLog traces (.glf), we find errors related to SAPJCE as below -

• In Websphere logs, and After accessing the Web Applications, the following error was found in corresponding CMC and BILP Webapp logs:
  [Servlet Error]-[equinoxbridgeservlet]: com.ibm.ws.webcontainer.webapp.WebAppErrorReport: javax.servlet.ServletException: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com.sap.commoncryptolib.provider.SAPJCE
• or com.ibm.ws.webcontainer.webapp.WebAppErrorReport: javax.servlet.ServletException: java.lang.UnSatisfiedLinkError: sapcrypto (Not found in java.library.path)

• SAP Business Intelligence Platform 4.3 Sp2 or above [uses sapjvm 8 based on oracle jdk] 
• SAP Business Intelligence Platform 2025 or above [uses sapmachine jre 17 based on openjdk]
• All PAM supported Java Web Application servers using non-bundled JVM including 
• SAP Netweaver Java AS 7.50 Sp22 using SAP JVM 1.8.083 
• IBM Websphere 9.0.5 with IBM SDK 8.6.36[eqv oracle 1.8.0_301]
• Weblogic 14c (14.1) with Java 1.8.0_301
• Websphere Liberty 25
• JBoss and Tomcat (Non-bundled )
• PAM supported Web Application servers
