3153656 - System Copy post activity fails with ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE

Symptom

 
During System Copy post activities in SWPM  the SUM fails in task 'Adapt database schema' with following error message:
 
SWITCHING CONTAINER (IF SPECIFIED)
No container specified, no container switch executed.
PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.
ERROR:
ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE
DECLARE
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00603: ORACLE server session terminated by fatal error
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kzdpfu: delete], [2], [19], [18],
[], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
ORA-02382: profile SAPUPROF has users assigned, cannot drop without CASCADE
 
 
Morover, on your oracle level with sqlplus the statement
DROP PROFILE "SAPUPROF" CASCADE
fails with ORA-02382
