3153785 - Error : "Type '&' is unknown" when activating new method in app Define Validation Method

In app Define Validation Method, when you click "Save and Activate" button there would be a error message: "Type '&' is unknown". For example :"Type '/1VEC/100FINCSRS005A' is unknown"

1.Open app Define Validation Method

2.Check the validation method, click "Save and Activate", error:  "Type '&' is unknown". For example :"Type '/1VEC/100FINCSRS005A' is unknown"

The predefined rules are not activated. For example, the error: "Type '/1VEC/100FINCSRS005A' is unknown" mean related running code of rule S005 is lost so you can not activate the rule. 

1.Open app Define Validation Method

2.Click "Mass Activation" -> Create -> step 2 -> step 3 -> select all checkbox ->Schedule 

3.A new application job was created and you can activate the method in Define Validation Method successfully when the job status is "Finished"
