How to find a list of predefined tokens available for the email templates

• You may follow the below mentioned steps:

1. 1. Go to Email Services
   2. Under "Active Templates", select "Manage Template"
   3. Find the necessary template you would like to configure
   4. Edit it
   5. Under the Email Subject, select "Insert Token" 
   6. Similarly under Body Text, select "Insert Token"
   7. This will give you a list of predefined tokens that can be used for your desired template

NOTE: You will not be able to use any additional tokens which are not available in this list of tokens for a specific email template.
