3153955 - Opportunity Preview does not include Sales Orders

Symptom

When previewing an Opportunity, the Sales Orders are missing from the document.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Sales work centre 
  2. Go to the Opportunity view
  3. Open any Opportunity with a Sales Order attached
  4. Click 'actions' and 'preview'
  5. Observe as the Sales Orders are not visible in the summary

Cause

Opportunities are not a customer facing object. So while we do have the preview option, in standard, Sales Orders are not currently part of the standard preview template for Opportunities.

Resolution

 This is the expected system behaviour.
