There is a field used as a filter, and the field in question is a custom field which is not made reportable in Reportable Custom Fields in Recruiting.

In order to use custom fields as filter, they must be made reportable in Provisioning so that the data can be pulled from the database. This also ensures proper use of the field with OData API.
