3154057 - Candidate Source is empty in the Application Page

• For some candidates, the Source field is empty within the applicant status pipeline.
• When running an Ad-hoc report on the Source field for these candidates, We see the value -1.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting
2. Open Job Requisition
3. Application Summary shows empty values in the Source column for some or all candidates.
4. When running an Ad-hoc report on the Source field, the value -1 is shown.

The candidates were created via API, and no valid value was provided for the Source field therefore the system generated "-1" as an error for this specific field.

You will need to review your integration settings and the payload used to create the candidates with your implementation partner to perform the necessary adjustments.
