3154057 - Candidate Source is empty in the Application Page

• The Source field is empty within the applicant status pipeline for candidates
• When running an Ad-hoc report on the Source field for these candidates shows the value -1

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting
2. Open Job Requisition
3. Application Summary shows empty values in the Source column for some or all candidates.
4. When running an Ad-hoc report on the Source field, the value -1 is shown.

The candidates were created via API, and no valid value was provided for the Source field therefore the system generated "-1" as an error for this specific field.

You will need to review your integration settings and the payload used to create the candidates with your implementation partner to perform the necessary adjustments.

You need to make sure you give a valid value for the source field. Please refer to the valid numerical values to be passed in this section of the guide:

• 0 - Internal Career Site
• 1 - Corporate: Default Site
• 2 - Job Board
• 3 - Forwarded
• 4 - Agency
• 5 - Referral
• 6 - Internal Referral
• 7 - Job Vite
