3154222 - Mass Changes to Purchasing Info Records - excel upload fails

You are using the 'Mass Changes to Purchasing Info Records' APP to change multiple info record details simultaneously. 
The Update fails with error: An error occurred, please create an incident (component MM-PUR-VM-REC) 

SAP S/4Hana Cloud Version 2202 

1) Open APP 'Mass Changes to Purchasing Info Records'
2) Enter selection criteria to select a retrieve a few info records 
3) Select ALL 
4) Choose Download (Excel template downloads) 
5) Amend the contents of the template as required 
6) Choose upload 
7) The upload fails with error (An error occurred, please create an case ) 

Excel decimal format issue, correction forth coming.  

Workaround 

1) In the fiori launchpad, change your default decimal setting to either 1,234,567.89 or 1.234.567,89
2) Log off 
3) Log on again 
4) Call the APP 'Mass Changes to Purchasing Info Records' again 
5) Download a new template 
6) Amend as required 
7) Upload the new template
