The behavior is correct according to the configuration in SSCUI 'Define Single-Screen Entry for Confirming Production Orders'.

When selecting the option 'Proposal when saving' for quantities, the system will adjust the confirmation value.

If you don't want this behavior, please change the default value of quantities to 'No propose' or 'Immediately Propose'.
