3154551 - Direct OT VIM License customers - Upgrading VIM 7.5 (IDH) to VIM 20.4 during an S4HANA conversion - SAP Invoice Management by Open Text

For SAP Invoice Management by Open Text, when you have a purchased a OTEX VIM license directly from Open Text and plan to upgrade OTEXVIM 7.5 addon to OTEXVIM 20.4 during an S4HANA conversion using the SAP Maintenance Planner during the SUM/DMO conversion, you will face the following error in PREP_EXTENSION/IS_SELECT phase: "The program has not found a SAINT package that fits to add-on OTEXVIM".

This type of error only occurs for customers who are still using the IDH tool in OTEX-VIM 7.5 and are missing Business Center components.
