3154689 - Performance Form Visibility when Matrix Manager is removed - Performance Management

When a performance form is in the Matrix Manager Step and the Matrix Manager relationship is removed, the subject does not have any Matrix Manager assigned anymore, the form remains visible in the "Old Matrix Manager's" inbox folder, even though in the Form Template Settings the option to Hide visibility after Document Transfer is Checked.

The option "Hide visibility after document transfer" will take place only when form is transferred to new manager's inbox, and in old manager's enroute folder, then remove the enroute folder's visibility.

This is currently the system expected behavior, when Manager or Matrix Manager is removed, it does not trigger the Document Transfer and the form will remain in the old manager's inbox folder.

A workaround for this scenario is to use the Route form tool to route the forms and once the form is in the old manager's En Route folder, then it is possible to use the Manage Document Visibility tool to hide the form visibility from the affected user.
