3154692 - Hierarchy is activating again after re-executing the variable screen or reopening a local workbook in AO

The hierarchy is activating again after re-executing the variable screen in AO or reopening a local workbook.
In RSRT transaction, the hierarchy remains deactivated as expected.

Because of this issue, the following errors/warnings might be displayed:

No applicable data found
Characteristic <X> has no master data for <Y> or you do not have authorizations (com.sap.ip.bi.bics.dataaccess.consumer.impl.selector.selection.SingleMember-NoMasterdata)

or

Characteristic <X> does not support exclusion of selections (com.sap.ip.bi.bics.dataaccess.consumer.impl.selector.selection.Range-NoExcluding)
All selections for characteristic Material are invalid and have been discarded (com.sap.ip.bi.bics.dataaccess.consumer.impl.selector.selection.ComponentList-AllRejected)

1. Run query in AO or refresh an existing workbook;
2. Confirm hierarchy is activated;
3. Change hierarchy to flat presentation;
4. Open variable screen and re-execute (even with same values);
5. Confirm the hierarchy will activate again.

1. Run query in AO or refresh an existing workbook;
2. Confirm hierarchy is activated;
3. Change hierarchy to flat presentation;
4. Save as local workbook.
5. Reopen this local workbook.
6. Confirm the hierarchy will activate again.
