3154702 - Storage error with ILM Store Microsoft Azure (missing authorization object S_OA2C_USE)

Microsoft Azure was configured as ILM Storage solution as of below documentation:

Quick Configuration Guide for the ILM Store (Version for Microsoft Azure)

Afterward storage job (with program RSARCH_STORE_FILE) fails with below errors in store job log:

"...
488: Object does not exist (such as resource, collection, or property index)
DA Service Message: PROPERTY_GET:
500: Internal error in data archiving service or in lower-level server components
DA Service Message: Problem occurred while inserting data via facade
..."

Parallel corresponding log in transaction SLG1 shows followings:

"Missing Authorization: Object S_OA2C_USE, ProfileILMAZURE_STORAGE_OAUTHPROF, Activity 16
Creation of container zilmstorrd... failed in AZURE (CREATE_DATA_TABLE)
An exception with the type CX_ILM_STOR_RUNTIME was raised, but was not handled locally or declared in a RAISING clause."

• Information Lifecycle Management (ILM)
• Microsoft Azure Blob Storage as ILM Storage solution (Microsoft Azure Blob Storage account set up)
• SAP S/4HANA 2021 system or an ABAP PLATFORM 2021 system
