3154710 - No Complete e-Signature task initiated for the candidate - Onboarding

• The complete e-Signature task did not trigger for an onboardee.
• Candidate was redirected to Second Rehire Verification step, but is not a rehire.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login to the instance
2. Go to the Onboarding Dashboard (New)
3. Search for the affected candidate
4. View Details
5. See that the Personal Data Collection Step has been completed, but no e-signature task is created.

• The candidate's Onboarding process is waiting in the 'Second Rehire verification' step.
• Check and confirm the responsible user for rehire verification step has a task available to complete the second rehire verification step.

1. Please complete the second rehire verification step for the candidate.
2. Once this is completed, then only the onboarding process will proceed to Custom Data Collection, and the document flow and documents will be generated.

NOTE:

• Second Rehire verification step does not mean that the onboardee is a rehire. It is merely a step to confirm or reject if the onboardee is a rehire or not.
• Based on the 'Hire/Rehire configuration' (i.e. firstname/lastname/DOB etc), we check whether the onboardee may be a rehire user. If any of the matching criteria are satisfied, we create a second rehire verification step.
