After you updated HANA client to HANA Client 2.8.4 or higher (e.g 2.11), when you execute "hdbuserstore LIST", you see same or similar error messages as below.

ERROR: KEY DEFAULT NOT FOUND due to [91015] Expecting position 2 for HDB/DEFAULT/DB_DATABASE_NAME but found at position 1 instead. Please DELETE or SET the DEFAULT key..
WARNING:
Corrupted records in store file may result in this exception.
No more records can be added to the store. The Delete command
can be used to remove all entries of the corrupted key.
Incomplete key 'DEFAULT' detected. Please delete it.
