3155258 - "Another application with the same SAML 2.0 service provider is already configured" when importing application metadata to IAS

As per Configure SAML 2.0 Service Provider, when importing application saml metadata to IAS and clicking on "Save" button, "Another application with the same SAML 2.0 service provider is already configured" error occurred.
