3155277 - Balance carryforward: Deactivated fields from the field catalog not getting ignored

Symptom

The field for example PRCTR in the field catalog (table FINSV_ACDOC_FCT->BCF_PL) has been deactivated for P&L accounts but after you executed the BCF process via FAGLGVTR you realized that this settings was ignored, the BCF was still performed per profit centers.
