3155372 - Confirmed Scrap is Zero for Scraping Confirmation in Report Confirmation Journal

You have performed the common task scrapping in Internal Logistics work center, and scraping confirmation created, but Confirmed Scrap is Zero for this scraping confirmation in report Confirmation Journal.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Internal Logistics work center.
2. Open Display/Reverse Goods and Activity Confirmations view.
3. Search ABC (ABC represents for the Goods and Activity Confirmation ID), and open it.
4. In the screen Scrapping Confirmation ABC, we can see some quantity of product DEF is reduced from logistics area XYZ.
5. Then go to Internal Logistics work center.
6. Open Reports - List view.
7. Open Confirmation Journal report, enter ABC on filter Conf.ID.
8. Select View, add Confirmed Scrap into Key Figure, and click Apply.
9. In the result the confirmed scrap is zero.

The confirmed scrap quantity key figure is for the scrapping involved in production scenario, which is captured in the production confirmation – this key figure is not for the ad-hoc scrapping performed using goods and activity confirmation.
